You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Android Auto is supported by RCD340, but not by RCD330.

Do they work with Parking Sensors & Reverse Cameras?

Yes, they all work fine with your original car sensors and cameras. For older Volkswagen models, an RGB to RCA converter might be needed to keep reverse camera working. If you want to keep the original radio function, you’ll need to purchase a 2 to 1 double Fakra conversion cable.

Do they support Apple Carplay & Android Auto?

Yes, They support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto!

Other than RCD330, RCD340 and RCD360, what other options do I have?

Yes, there is another 9 inch option which is Volkswagen Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto head units for wireless carplay and android auto connection and better compatibility with the reverse camera.

If you are a VW Golf MK5 owner, you have to buy a Canbus Adapter for steering wheel control and batter drain issue.

Great head unit but they really either need to note that it does not come with an adaptor for the antenna plug or just include one. So no radio reception unless you buy one.
