Refund, Replacement, or Credit Policy

We understand that occasionally issues may arise with your purchase. We aim to address these concerns promptly and efficiently. Our policy regarding refunds, replacements, or credits is as follows:

  1. Major Faults or Description Mismatch: You are eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit if the product has been assessed and found to have a major fault or if it does not match the description provided.

  2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Ordered: Refunds for returns due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect item (without or against GTZONE advice) will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

    • To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

    • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the products are protected from damage or loss during transit. Returns that are damaged in transit may not be accepted and could be returned to you, with a refund refused. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
