Refund or Replacement

refund, replacement or credit is accepted if:

  1. The product has been assessed and found to have a what is deemed a major fault.
  2. The product is not matched the description.

change of mind or incorrect item ordered 

Refunds for returns due to change of mind or incorrect item ordered (without or against GTZONE advise) will be charged a 10% restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refundable amount).

The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are protected from damage or loss in transit. Returns that are damaged in transit may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We recommend paying for trackable service.
