Keeping Your Original Functions
Our R&D team works hard to design our products so they can keep your car's original functions, like the JBL or Harman Kardon sound systems, stock reverse camera, and steering wheel controls. Some cars may require an additional adapter to keep these functions working, and we’ll list that as an option. Our head units are designed to be plug-and-play, requiring minimal modification to your car. You don't need to be a professional mechanic to install it, many of our customers with zero experience have successfully installed it themselves with our thorough guidelines.
However, if you need help with installation, we can assist via video call on WhatsApp or live chat. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment and visit our store in Auburn, Sydney. Installation fees start from $80, depending on the complexity of your car.

What’s the difference between small RAM and higher RAM?
Small RAM, like in the iPhone 16SE, is suitable for basic tasks and light usage but may struggle with demanding apps or multitasking, while higher RAM, as seen in the iPhone 16, is ideal for smoother performance, multitasking, and handling resource-intensive applications, making it a better choice for long-term use.
I live in the countryside, can you help me with my head unit installation?
Yes, of course! If you’re having difficulty visiting our store, we can provide installation videos to guide you through the process. Alternatively, feel free to call us for assistance, we’re here to help!
Will my steering wheel controls and reverse camera remain working with this head unit?
By default, the steering wheel controls will continue to work for most cars. If they do not, please watch this video for resetting. For the reverse camera, you will need to adjust the signal to the appropriate format to ensure the stock camera functions properly.
If you putting a new reverse camera, please make sure you follow our Reverse Camera Wiring Diagram to install it properly.
How long does it take to deliver to my place?
Since we're based in Australia, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days from our Sydney workshop to your location. Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Do I need to do the same setting every time to connect the head unit every time I start the car?
No, once you complete the first-time setup, the head unit will automatically connect and jump into the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto page every time you start your car.
How can I install new apps in this head unit?
It comes with the Google Play Store pre-installed. Simply log in to your Google account, search for the apps you want, and download them directly from the Play Store, it’s that simple! Alternatively, you can install apps via an APK file.
